We provide the equipment and supplies for several reasons…

1) So that all personnel are trained in the use of each product and piece of equipment. Knowing what we are working with allows us to provide quality results on a consistent basis.

2) To free you the customer from having to keep track of what needs to be replaced, repaired or washed

3) So that we have the proper MSDS forms available for our safety (Manufacture safety data sheets).

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded and carry workers compensation. We do have a liability insurance , employee bonding, and property damage. Please notify us in 24 hours of the cleaning date If any damage/loss does occur.

Payment is expected at the time of the cleaning. We do for your convenience offer a monthly billing program where services are prepaid.
We accept cashcheques and credit card payments.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you contact us with your concerns within 24 hours of our cleaning we will return at our expense to correct any problems.

Absolutely not. However, it is to your advantage to have stuffs organized as much as possible allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your cleaning. If we have to spend time picking items up and putting them in their place prior to cleaning you may be billed for the extra time needed to do so.

KARIS Services proudly serves all commercial and residential customers in Edmonton and areas. Some conditions may apply for certain residential cleaning needs outside of Edmonton. The areas we serve include:

  • all of Edmonton
  • St Albert
  • Beaumont
  • Spruce Grove
  • Stony Plain
  • Leduc
  • Fort Saskatchewan
  • Sherwood Park
  • and all adjoining suburbs and acreages.

 

  • For larger projects, we will travel as far as Pigeon Lake, Wetaskewan, Fort McMurray and other nearby cities. Please ask us if you don’t see your area listed.

We clean Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. for residential. Although we do not normally clean residential on Saturdays, we can occasionally arrange to do so for one time cleanings and exceptional special needs. Same day services can sometimes be arranged for Mondays and Tuesdays. However, same day services may not be possible Wednesdays through Fridays; please call at least 24 – 72 hours in advance to arrange for possible cleaning on these days.

Yes. Once we have assigned you the right cleaning team for your requirements they will come in regularly. However, you can ask to replace your cleaners any time.
Occasionally, due to illness or the like, an alternate team or maid may have to be substituted.

Sure, you can. You may call on us as often as you find convenient. Arrangements for this type of requests may be made on a short notice. Just call us or fill in our online request form.

Yes, we will provide you with a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your premises.

 

 

If you are not satisfied with your cleaner or the quality of work, you must inform us as soon as possible. And we will immediately deal with the issue.

You can rest assured that any feedback you provide us with will be dealt with confidentially and in the most appropriate manner.

If you choose to provide us with keys to your home rest assured that we take the utmost care in protecting both your key and your home. Keys are coded and never have names attached to them. They are only issued the day of your cleaning and are checked back in to be deposited into our safe daily.

If you choose not to provide a key, please be advised that we can only give approximate times for arrival. If we are unable to gain access to your home or business you risk being charged full rate for the lock out.

We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation of or changes to set appointments. Simply call us on (780) 919-8399 or email us at the email provided to you at the time of sign-up for any changes you may require.

Your advance notice is very important as it will help us to re-schedule our cleaners for other jobs.

Please note that there is a minimum charge of $100 payable for appointments not cancelled 48 hours in advance.

No, you do not have to be home. In fact the majority of our clients provide us with keys to their homes. However, if you choose to be home while we clean we welcome you to do so. We understand that you may prefer to get to know us prior to allowing us to work on our own. We cannot however assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own employees, therefore we ask that you stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.
